Glassworks Studio has great field-trips for schools, homeschoolers, Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops, religious groups, book clubs and friends’ groups. These field-trips allow students to create glass art projects tailored to their age and ability. We offer field-trips that take our visitor's age and ability and let them come away with a first-class glass art field-trip project. All school field trips and class trips are supervised by an instructor so everyone feels comfortable learning a new and creative skill.
Imagination and Creativity are Enhanced during a School Field Trip to Glassworks
Field and class trips are designed to heighten learning and interests among kids. The Open Studio environment at Glassworks Studios provides a great place for kids to stretch their imagination, enhance their coordination, and have fun while creating a beautiful piece of glass artwork. Layers of compatible colored glass can be fused and slumped into small tiles, picture frames, plates and jewelry. This is all done in a safe environment and within an amount of time reasonable for a field or class trip.
